Brighton Lodge offers co-living accommodation with 21-rooms, situated on a quiet residential street in central Parnell, 300m from the main shopping area and all the restaurants, bars, cafes, and shops this bustling inner city suburb has to offer. A 15 minute walk the other direction will take you to Broadway where you’ll find the fashion, shopping and entertainment district of Newmarket or the Auckland Museum and Auckland Domain. Five minutes’ walk to the Inner and Outer LINK BUS which comes every 10 minutes.
Brighton Lodge has single and double rooms, some with private bathrooms and others with shared bathrooms. Some rooms have fabulous views and some have a private deck.
All rooms come fully furnished with a bed, drawers, clothes hanging space, chair, and your own fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster.
The rooms come in a range of sizes. Single rooms range from $200 to $275 per week. Double rooms are $220 to $360 per week for a single person plus $40 for a couple. Single ensuite rooms start from $250. Double ensuite rooms start from $300.
You will be expected to keep your room hygienic and clean up after yourself when you use the communal areas.
You have full access to the kitchen to prepare your own meals. There is also a shared dining and lounge room.
Washing machines, dryer and washing lines are available without charge.
The average age of residents at Brighton Lodge is around 30, although anyone who is a good fit for the property will be considered.
Most residents are relatively new to the city, having moved for work or post-graduate study.
