WHO WE SHARE YOUR DATA WITH
Information submitted by you on the application form will be used internally by Shared Living NZ personnel to determine your suitability for vacancies at our properties.
HOW LONG WE RETAIN YOUR DATA
If you are offered a room in one of our properties, the information submitted on the application form will become part of the tenancy information held by us. For all others, application forms are retained by Shared Living NZ for up to three years before being deleted.
WHAT RIGHTS YOU HAVE OVER YOUR DATA
You can request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
WHERE WE SEND YOUR DATA
You will receive a copy of the email containing your submitted information that is sent to the Shared Living NZ team. This is not stored on the website.
