Co-Live Hamilton offers co-living accommodation with 31-rooms, situated in a beautiful characterful building set back off the road in Claudelands, an easy walk to the city centre.
All bedrooms are fully furnished with excellent quality beds, drawers, clothes hanging space, a fridge/freezer and kettle. Most bedrooms also have a built-in vanity unit and sink.
The rooms come in a range of sizes. Single rooms range from $170 to $220 per week. Double rooms are $210 to $240 per week for a single person plus $40 for a couple.
You will be expected to keep your room hygienic and clean up after yourself when you use the communal areas.
Boundary Lodge boasts a large lounge room, sunroom, huge dining room and a spacious kitchen with three separate oven/cooktops.
There is a laundry room with two free washing machines and two-coin operated dryers, with a clothesline outside.
Limited carparking is available onsite for an extra $15 per week. Street-parking is available nearby.
The average age of residents at Boundary Lodge is around 30, although anyone who is a good fit for the property will be considered.
Most residents are relatively new to the city, having moved for work or post-graduate study.
