West Terrace Lodge offers co-living accommodation with 18-rooms situated upstairs on the corner of Karangahape Road and West Terrace in the city centre.  A further four rooms are available in a separate house next to the main lodge.  The lodge is walking distance from the city centre, Ponsonby, Newton, Grey Lynn and Grafton.

All rooms are furnished with a bed, wardrobe, drawers, chair, smart TV and fridge/freezer with pantry cupboard.

The rooms come in a range of sizes.  Single rooms range from $200 to $220 per week.  Double rooms are $230 to $280 per week for a single person plus $50 for a couple.

Your rent includes power, water, heating and unlimited wi-fi internet. Common areas are cleaned weekly. Meals and linen are not supplied.

You will be expected to keep your room hygienic and clean up after yourself when you use the communal areas.

Communal facilities include five toilets, four showers with one kitchen and dining area.

The house has its own bathroom, kitchen and washing machine, with the additional benefit of access to the lodge facilities.

There is a coin operated washer and dryer available.

Parking is generally unavailable onsite, although carparks become available to lease from time-to-time. 

The average age of residents at West Terrace Lodge is around 30, although anyone who is a good fit for the property will be considered.

Most residents are relatively new to the city, having moved for work or post-graduate study.

West Terrace Lodge will suit those that like the bustle of the city and proximity to cafes and restaurants.
